Item One - Surrogate Parent Growth Award
This includes: A designation of a student as an AXIS Foundation SP Growth recipient.

It pays for 30 days of Alternative Housing, Counselling & Focused Skills Training.

Item Two - Nominate a Child Award
This includes: A designation of a student as an AXIS Foundation Recognition recipient.

This pays for an award going to a teen that is nominated for recognition.  It also establishes a long-term research project for the recipient.

Item Three - Mentor Designation
This includes: A designation as a student mentor for AXIS Foundation.

This level supports the necessary commitments surrounding scholarships for students.  This would include books, equipment and tutorial support..
