Thank
you for making this
first project a success.
Mrs. Karen Tilson's keynote
(Riverside Poly High School) provided a unique and interesting approach to motivating
all to, not only support
but participate in making
programs like this
accessible to those
that want an opportunity
to develop and get involved.
"DarkRoast" performed
wonderful classic jazz covers; We
Savored and drew in the aroma of the fine wine from "Classic Wines of California"; We
Viewed photo and art exhibits from local talent... and best of all? We
AFFECTED LIVES! Thank
you for helping us celebrate promise. We made
a small difference in the lives of "at-risk" youth.
Couldn't make the event? You
can still support the cause! You can do so here, on our web site!

The objective
is simple! to raise
$50,000
to
fund the Culinary
Arts
and Hospitality Management
youth training program.
This provides for the
development & training
of 40 at-risk young
people. With 1 dropout
for every 3 graduates
in California, AXIS
Foundation, Inc. is
committed to making
a difference.
The
Gourmet Guy
is a catering company
that has been proudly
serving Southern California
since 2003. The
Gourmet Guy has catered
everything from small
family gatherings to
large functions such
as the Riverside Jazz
Festival, the Arthritis
Foundation and political
functions for foreign
dignitaries.
We
do this because the
need is critical. A
large percentage of
our nation's youth,
ages 13-19, face wide-ranging,
serious issues thatplace
them at high risk for
entering the juvenile
and criminal justice
systems. Join us. Donate
online
and/or support by attending
the event. Your support
is critical!
